Hamilton County is where Aqua Otter started in 1999 and it is still the densest part of our install map. Water comes out of the ground hard, 19 GPG on the Citizens Water CCR, and most homeowners notice scale on glass shower doors and spotting on stainless within a few weeks of moving in. Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and Westfield each have their own utility but draw from the same White River basin, so the hardness story is consistent across the county. TTHM ran 51 ppb in the last CCR — 64 percent of the 80 ppb MCL — which is the disinfection-byproduct angle that drives most whole-house carbon calls here.
